After 20 years in IT technical and soft skills training, Rebecca changed her consulting practice to address the development of high performance workforces via the concept of job-fit.

Using the model and research set forth in Marcus Buckingham’s book First, Break All the Rules, and Jim Collins book Good to Great, Ms. Matchette became a passionate advocate of identifying and exploiting innate strengths to maximize human capital potential for the best interests of the organization and the individual.

Rebecca is a Registered Corporate Coach and certified in 360 High Performance training modules. She holds a Masters degree in Adult Education.

Michael Messina is a committed professional with over 25 years of sales and sales executive management experience focusing on the performance of people. Possessing extensive international and domestic business development knowledge within the financial and logistics/supply chain management industries, Michael experienced firsthand that the real asset of every successful organization, large or small, rests in its people.
